What is "mobbing" and why on work it is bad

The number of those who is exposed to persecution on work grows in a modern society. Oppressions, pressure and other displays of a pathology of interpersonal relations in labour sphere become a sign of today and speak, as a rule, problems of economic development.

For example, according to German trade unions and sociological researches, the number of victims of so-called moral prosecution on a workplace has reached two millions persons.

By estimations of experts, about ten percent of workers on hiring prosecutions on work at least have once gone through.

In Federal court of Germany on labour disputes it is deciphered as "by regular display of animosities, mockery and discrimination - both among workers on hiring, and in relation to subordinates from a management".

The reasons "normal" mobbinga is more often hatred, envy, an antipathy.

"Bossing" - the special version mobbinga - where is more terrible.

Here the specific goal is pursued (as a rule, for ever to get rid of the objectionable worker) and to achieve it, the whole strategy is applied.

In a case bossinga behind side scenes of the intrigues connected with persecution of people, there is not who other, as "boss" - the head of collective who, apparently, should promote creation of healthy psychological atmosphere in "command".

Consequences mobbinga are predicted, and not only for health of object of persecution.

By estimations of experts, mobbing manages to German economy in 50 million euro a year.

The matter is that it costs to energy.

After all participants of an intrigue mostly concentrate on persecution process, work as that willy-nilly recedes into the background.

It is indicative, that the persecution system is formed even prior to the beginning of labour activity.

Researchers of the Munich university have come to conclusion, that at German schools each 25th pupil, at least, once a week is exposed mobbingu.

In recalculation on total of pupils the number of victims across all Germany makes 500 thousand children and teenagers a week.

Research testifies, that mobbing occurs practically in each class, without dependence from type of an educational institution and a place of its arrangement.
